Content and use of schemes of conformity of elevators and elevators’ safety devices with the requirements of Technical Regulation schemes
The Certification is mandatory in the territory of the Customs Union. Elevators and elevators’ safety devices such as safety gear, overspeed governor, buffer, rupture valve and landing door lock need the Certificate of conformity.
There are three schemes of Certificate for elevators and elevators’ safety devices issuance:

Scheme 1c
Accredited testing laboratory tests and measures elevators on the location of use or on the test bench according to the scope and procedure established by the regulations from the List approved by the Commission of the Customs Union. Results of all tests and measures are confirmed by test reports.
The Certification body analyses on compatibility of the certification object and test reports with the requirements of the Technical Regulation. It examines the state of production flow. It issues the Certificate of conformity in case of positive results of recorded information and pieces of evidence specified in Article 6 TR TS 011/2011. Positive results of tests held by testing laboratory are needed as well. It also produces scheduled supervisory control conducted at list once per year.
Scheme 3c (for one-time manufactured consignment) and Scheme 4c (for single manufactured consignment).
